Easy But Elegant Chicken Supreme

Ingredients
8 oz. boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup fresh mushrooms ( sliced)1 cup chicken broth1/2 cup white cooking wine1/4 cup flour2 slices (1 0z each) provolone cheese1 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Pound chicken until thin. Dredge chicken in flour. Brown chicken in olive oil until cooked. Remove and set aside. Place mushrooms in pan and sprinkle with remaining flour. Sautee for a few minutes. Add chicken broth and cooking wine and stir until sauce begins to thicken. Put chicken back into the pan. Top each breast with a slice of cheese and cover pan just until cheese melts. Serve and enjoy!
