Ingredients
Applesauce, unsweetened, 2 cup Molasses, 3/4 cup *Canola Oil, 1/3 cup Egg, fresh, 3 large *Flour, white, 3 cups *Splenda, 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar, 1/2 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp Ginger, ground, 2 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1.5 tsp Cloves, ground, .1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Pour applesauce, molasses and vegetable oil into a large mixing bowl. Add eggs and stir well. Add dry ingredients and mix well.

Pour into a 13x9 cake pan. Cook 35 minutes. Serve with joschef lemon sauce.
