Creamy Pumpkin Soup

Ingredients
1 c Freshly roasted pumpkin puree 2c 99% fat free low sodium chicken broth 1.5 c whole milk1/4 tsp nutmeg1/16 tsp cayenne pepper1/2 tsp sea salt1 c cubed roasted pumpkin1 TBSP corn starch1 TBSP melted butter
Directions
Add pumpkin puree, chicken broth, corn starch and spices into a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce to simmer and add Pumpkin cubes and melted butter. Simmer until heated thoroughly.
