1/4 cup Birds Eye The Ultimate Southwest Blend, thawed (black beans, corn, onions, chiles)1/4 cup 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese1 Mission Low Carb Taco Size Flour Tortilla2 Tbsp. Pico de Gallo2 Tbsp. Reduced Fat Sour CreamCooking spray
Spray a skillet with cooking spray. Heat on Medium High Heat. Thaw and drain the southwest blend. Fill the tortilla with the vegetable blend, and cheese. Fold and heat on each side for about 5 minutes. Top with pico de gallo and sour cream.
