1 summer squash cooked and forked (shredded)1 zucchini - shredded2 tomatoes diced1/ 2 red bell pepper chopped1/2 cup grated carrots4 TBSP sun dried tomatoes1 cup spinach 1 TBSP chopped garlic1 tsp black pepper1/2 TBSP dried onion flakes
cook spaghetti squash by cutting in half and microwaving for 15 minutes. Let cool and then use fork to shred like spaghetti noodles. In wok or pan combine all other ingredients until incorporated and heated through.
