Ingredients
1 orange, pealed and quartered1 lemon, peeled and quartered1 apple, cored and cut into 8ths1 pear, cored and quartered8 oz (approx 3 cups) cabbage, finely chopped4 ribs celery, finely chopped2 carrots finely chopped1 oz walntus
Directions
put the fruit, then veg then nuts into food processor and process until finely chopped. No dressing needed
