Ingredients
Tofutti Sour Cream, 10 tbsp Vegenaise, 8 tbsp Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), 1 cup slices *Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS VEGETABLE, Mix, Dry, 1 serving *Spinach, cooked, 1.5 cup
Directions
4 cups fresh spinach cooked with 1/3 cup water. Cover and steam till leaves are limp. Drain and chop. Mix with other ingredients and serve with bread chunks, tortilla chips, crackers or vegetables.
