Egg Whites (Papetti Foods, Quick Whites), 18 tbsp about a cupSpinach, fresh, 1 cup Zucchini, .25 cup, sliced Mushrooms, fresh, .50 cup, pieces or slices Egg, fresh, 1 large Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1 tbsp
Use spray oil. Then saute a garlic glove add green onions, mushrooms and zucchini saute until just soft then add spinach. Once spinach starts to soften then add eggs and cheese at the end. Yum
