Oats with soy milk

Ingredients
1.5 cups of oats4 cups of water2 cups of soy milk7 packs of splenda ( I like it sweet ) or to tastecinnamonvanillaYou can add to your bowl, raisings if desire.
Directions
boil watter
add oats
wait until boils again, add cinnamon and a tbs of vanilla, stir.
add Splenda and stir.
Add milk and stir, let boil and simmer, reduce to low and taste.
