Ingredients

(Day 1)
1 c. long grain white rice
4 c. water
2 cinnamon sticks or 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/3 c. (64 packets) Splenda
(Day 2)
2 c. water
*ice cubes
Tips
It is usually made with sugar. If you want to use sugar, it is 1 cup. Also, if you don't have cinnamon sticks, you can add the 2 tbsp ground cinnamon in the blender on day 2.
Directions
(Day 1)
In a container with a lid, soak the rice in the 4c. water. Put the cinnamon sticks in the rice water mix. (If using ground cinnamon instead, wait until Day 2 and add it in the blender.) Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.
(Day 2)
1. Pour rice, soaking water, Splenda, cinnamon sticks and vanilla into blender
2. Blend on high speed
3. Run through fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
4. Stir in 2 cups cold water.
5. Add ice cubes and serve cold.
Serving Size: Make 16, 1/2 c. servings
