Parmesan crusted tilapia
Preheat oven to 450. spray baking sheet with non stick spray. place tilapia on sheet and bake for 5 mins. Meanwhile mix remaining ingredients together. Flip fish over and spread parmesan mixture evenly on each fliet. Continue to bake for another 5 minutes or until fish is done and parmesan topping is lightly browned.
