Super easy to make, and really good. I would have given it 4.5 if I could have. The parmesan was a little bit strong for my taste, but it was one of the easiest dinners I've made in a while. I served mine with rice and mixed veggies, and it was a really elegant dinner made in about 20 minutes. - 4/5/09
