Sounds great. I prefer cod. For a variation, to the yogurt mix you might try a tbsp of blended cucumber. Wouldn't this be nice on wild rice after its done cooking, that's mixed with unsalted sunflower seeds?
My husband caught fresh rockfish and I tried this recipe with it and it was so yummy!!! Even my picky 7 y/o daughter liked it and she doesn't even like fish. I made steamed fresh green beans with low sodium soy sauce and garlic with this for a nice low cal dinner.
TOO many calories!!! compare: if you have plane 1 tilapia filet same size without cheese, its only 112 calories!!!!!
