I absolutely LOVED this recipe--AS IS!! The flavors simply burst in my mouth. WELL DONE!! A lot less fat than some of the recipes I've found.
ok. Had to add spices to it .Also sauteed garlic/onion with the spinach to add a little more flavor. Used a low fat cheese instead.
