Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I used garlic salt and added a little olive oil. poured the mixture over my fish and put a little cayenne on the tops... fantastic flavor. baked it in a dish for 13 min and broiled for 3 min. Served over wild rice and steamed broccoli. The sauce is great on everything.
