Forget the bread and use a nice bed of spinach or sautéed veggies to keep it truly carb free. Absolutely love blackened Mahi Mahi so can't wait to try this
My tilapia came out beautifully and I made them salt free. We like garlic so I used a Tbs. of garlic powder. I purchased six fillets (2.16 lbs.) and had left over blackened seasoning that I will probably use on my salmon fillets. My 11-year-old ate a whole fillet and wanted more. Thanks!
