Great basic recipe, but since I'm watching my carbs I replaced the breadcrumbs with soy flour and also added some chili powder, onion powder and a dash of garlic powder to kick it up a bit. But, overall, great recipe and the fish comes out lightly crisp with a wonderfully flaky texture.
