Baked parmesan crusted fish fillets. Quick, easy and tasty. Baked parmesan crusted fish fillets. Quick, easy and tasty.
Number of Servings: 6


    6 Tilapia fillets
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 cup parmesan cheese
    1/2 cup bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 375. Use cooking spray to spray a glass dish for baking. Beat the eggs and water in a bowl. Combine olive oil with bread crumbs, grated cheese and seasoning. Dip tilapia in eggs then in bread crumb mixture and place in the sprayed baking dish. Cook for 12-15 minutes until cooked through.

I have also used Zatarain's Creole Seasoning in place of the paprika, salt and pepper.

    The calorie count was way off, it says 105 calories per serving- mine was 266 calories. It tasted great and I would definitely eat it again, but be wary of the calories. - 1/27/10

    This was really good. Picky 11 year old ate it and my slim husband fussed that he only had two pieced to eat. It was tasty and he wanted more. We def make again. - 2/3/11
