Interesting. Careful with the fat.
I made this with only .80lb so that's roughly 1/2 the recipe. It was awesome The only difference I made was salted butter cause that's all I had at home. I made zucchini with onions and green pepper with a little bit of oil and butter it was awesome!!
This is now a family favorite. It's quick easy and taste so good. One modification I made was to add some Goya All Purpose Seasoning to the mix,because when I first made it the family said it was missing a tad bit of salt. Great Recipe! Thanks for sharing.
