1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

12 oz egg noodles
3/4 cup sour cream
1 container (16 oz) cottage cheese
2 cups grated cheese, I always use Colby Jack

fFlavorful broth lots of herbs and spices ..... broccoli kale and long thin rice noodles .... a few strips of beef and a meat ball is all you need in this completed meal in a bowl.

This was a first attempt at anything with German noodles. Have to say it turned out well
