    5 oz rice noodles
    1 C bean sprouts
    1 pound Deli Roast Beef
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 jalapeno, seeded & thinly sliced
    2 green onions
2 cans of low sodium beef broth
1/3 C cilantro leaves, torn into small pieces

Heat the oil in the same pan over medium heat. Add the jalapeƱo and green onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 2 minutes. Add the beef broth and 1 cup of water and bring to a boil. Cook, uncovered for 10 minutes. Divide among the bowls. Garnish with the cilantro leaves and lime wedges.
