Chocolate Zucchini Bread Recipes

Spinoff of RAMZEE's wonderful recipe; NO oil, whole wheat flour and other variations affecting nutritional content. SUPER yummy.

I altered my favorite chocolate muffins to be practically fat free and low calorie. Moist and chocolatey! Only 109 cals and 2.5 g of fat for a large muffin, or per slice (12 a loaf)

Use dark chocolate cocoa powder for extra special treat

Zucchini, Dark Chocolate, and Walnuts.

Wheat free, gluten free, low carb bread that taste great

Not too sweet but totally satisfies the sweet tooth. Can be a nice sweet breakfast on the go if you make it as cup cakes

Contains zucchini but still delicious and don't underestimate its nutrition.

I adapted my favorite zucchini bread recipe, by substituting silken tofu and 0 calorie sweetener in place of eggs and sugar.
Also added chocolate chips in place of chopped nuts!

This recipe was adapted from another, less healthy version. I substituted half healthier ingredients wherever possible. It turned out great and you don't notice the substitutions at all! If you want to make it even healthier, skip the chocolate chips and use Walnuts instead.

I made some adjustments based on my carrot cakes that turned out so amazingly. Am total fan of natural/healthy ingredients, but not so much that only I like it! This yummy recipe makes a great healthy dessert when we have company. Can serve with cantaloupe or strawberries...yum :p

A scrumptous low-fat, low-sugar treat! The applesauce and oat flour make this a dense, but moist loaf. For a really chocolatey treat, add another 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the dough!
