Ingredients

3 cups flour
˝ tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
˝ tsp. cinnamon
˝ tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. baking soda
4 egg whites
1 cup splenda
1 cup sugar
1 cup low fat vanilla greek yogurt
2 tsp. vanilla
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2. Sift together dry ingredients.
3. In a mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, yogurt and vanilla. Gradually add dry ingredients until combined. Stir in chocolate chips and zucchini.
4. Spoon into two loaf pans coated with cooking spray and bake until toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean, about an 1 hour.
Serving Size: Makes 2 loafs - 12 slices each
