    2 cups of cooked pasta
    8 oz of lean / extra lean ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 can of tomato soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    a dash or two of seasoning salt
    and a few drops of tobasco sauce
    and garlic seasoning to taste


cook the noodles, drain and set aside, brown the ground beef with the onion, and drain out extra fat, mix together the noodle, ground beef, and tomato soup, and salt and pepper together and serve.

    My husband & I liked this recipe, but I think next time I will use a little less noodles (macaroni) and a little more spice outside of the tobasco. The tobasco added a nice little pop! - 7/7/08

  • Itried this recipe. I added a can of 98% Fat Free Broccoli and cheese soup. I also sprinkled some Italian Seasoning on the beef and onion mixture after browning. It was very tasty. And my two year old daughter, who is a very picky eater, Loved it! - 11/30/07
