Very yummy with lots of healthy veggies! I also added in this recipe water chestnuts, tiny corns,sweet red pepper,mushrooms. Instead of the high in sodium beef ramen noodles I used actual lo mein noodles. They were really quick and easy to do! Thanks for sharing this recipe!
