Introduction

I altered this recipe from rotini mushroom ground beef. I altered this recipe from rotini mushroom ground beef.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    8 oz. ground beef
    170 grams portabella mushrooms
    1 small onion
    10oz can Campbells Cream Mushroom Soup
    1.5 cups egg noodles
    1 tbls becel margarine
    2 T. fresh chives
    1 tsp. Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

cook noodles as instructed, set aside
Brown ground beef, drain off fat, set asided
sauté onion and mushrooms in l tbls becel margarine
then add beef and mushroom soup, stir add noodles, blend well then add seasonings plus chives.
cook on low heat for approx. 15 minutes stir occasionally.
