    1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
    1 C Chopped Onion
    1 Can Whole Kernal Corn (or 2 C frozen)
    1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Pepper
    2 TBSP Mrs Dash (or season to taste)
    1 C Light Sour Cream
    1/4 C Chopped Pimentos
    1 Can Rotel Tomatoes
    1 12 oz pkg Egg Noodles (cooked)(serving size is 2 0z)


This is my first time doing this. Had a difficult time putting it on the "card" in my box because of the measurements. Glad they ask to show the ingredients here as well. This item also is great for leftovers and freezes very well too.


Cook the Noodles in a pot while you brown the meat and chopped onion in a skillet. Drain Noodles when done and pour into a dutch oven. Add the browned meat and onion and stir. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix thoroughly with a spoon. Pour into a 9 x 12 Casserole Dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 8 - 10 servings in 9x12 Casserole Dish
