Introduction

This was a first attempt at anything with German noodles. Have to say it turned out well This was a first attempt at anything with German noodles. Have to say it turned out well

Ingredients

    5 oz Beef, top sirloin
    8 oz Bechtle Spaetzle - German Egg Noodles (measured dry) (by BEUGEL)
    1 cup Sour Cream, reduced fat
    .75 cup Mushrooms, canned

Tips

After dish sat for bit, was great.


Directions

I found the Spaetzle noodles at our local Aldi Food Store. I cooked per package (used two of the two serving prepared packs) My beef had been cooked previously so cut it up in bite size chunks. Added sour cream and mushrooms and salt and pepper to taste.
