Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 cup equivalent of egg noodles, boiled till al dente (No Yolks will give you less calories)
    1 Pound lean ground beef, cooked and fat drained off
    1/4 cup chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/2 cup cooked mushrooms
    1/3 cup water
    1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Tips

for added crunch, you can put croutons on top prior to baking.


Directions

cook beef in pan and drain fat, set aside
bring 4 quarts of water to boil, add noodles and cook to al dente
saute onion,garlic and mushrooms
mix sauteed vegetables with beef, noodles, soup and water. Stir to incorporate
spray a casserole dish with cooking spray or grease with oil
place mixture in casserole dish.
Cook in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes.
