Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I made this substituting Almond Flour for the bread crumbs, and added grated Parmesan cheese. It was great! I am counting fats and calories, my hubby is doing low carb, this worked for us both.
Made it with tilapia, and also with grouper. The grouper took longer to bake, but both were very good. I omitted the butter, and also I ended up tossing most of the bread crumb mixture. because it was more than needed, so I'm guessing the calorie count is actually lower.
