This was yummy..I also put a bit of parm cheese on (reduced fat) and turned out great. Was a hit w/hubby and 4yr old son too!
I would rate higher but I prefer using more natural fats like olive oil or butter in smaller portions than margarine. Otherwise, yum! I did it with 1 T of butter and used cod instead of tilapia.
