Suzie's Brown Rice side

Ingredients
1 c. brown rice cooked1/2 c. cooked peas1/2 c. sweet corn1/4 c. chopped onion1tbsp Evoo1/4 c. Green chili peppers (canned)
Directions
Add all ingredients to cooked brown rice mixing well. You can add a dash of black pepper and/or Tabasco for a little zip.
