Nonna's fast and super easy open roast beef sandwich

Ingredients
1 slice of deli cut roast beef cut a little thicker than normal, but not a chunk!1 slice of toasted whole wheat breadabout two tablespoons (or less) of beef gravy
Directions
toast whole wheat bread
warm slice of deli cut roast beef in iron skillet, turning once - about 1 minute
warm gravy in microwave for approximately 1 minute

Place toast on plate
top with roast beef slice
pour a little beef gravy over top

Serve with your favorite vegetable or a small salad (calorie count for salad or vegetables not included here)
