One Pot Rice Cooker Jambalaya (with Turkey Sausage)

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil12 oz turkey polish sausage3/4 cup chopped onion1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper1 glove garlic chopped or minced1 zucchini peeled and cubed1 yellow summer squash peeled and cubed 1 tsp chili powder (use Tony Chachere's!! - add more if desired)2 cubes of bullion3 cups water1 14.5oz can of petite diced tomatoes1 1/2 rice cooker cups of rice (will produce 3 cooked cups of rice - equals 1 1/8 tradition cups of dry rice)
Directions
Preheat rice cooker for about 10 minutes. Saute first 7 ingredients (oil through squash) until tender. Add the rest of the ingredients and cook on white rice button.
