Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 1.75 cup Brown Sugar, .33 cup, unpackedBaking Powder, 1 tsp Cream Of Tartar, 1 tspSalt, 0.5 tsp Low fat milk - Kdcow, 3.38 oz Corn oil, 1/4 cupEgg, fresh, 1 medium St. Dalfour jam, 2 tbsp
Directions
in a medium bowel mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and cream of tartar and set aside

in another small bowel mix beaten egg, milk, oil

make a whole in the flour mixture and pour the milk mixture and mix them all, it should be lumpy

fold the jam with the mixture and scoop into greased muffin pans

back in a hot oven (400 F) for 20 minutes.
