Sugar, 1 stp1 Package Yeast1 cup warm water1.5 cups white flour1 cup whole wheat flour2 tablespoons olive oilTopping:4-5 sliced tomatoesminced garlicolive oil mozzarrela cheese
Add sugar and yeast to one cup of warm water. Let it get bubbly for 5-10 minutes. Add Flour, olive oil, and tsp salt. Misc until it forms a ball. Let rest 5 minutes. Divide in half and roll each half to fit pizza tin.
Brush crust lightly with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic. Then cover with cheese, then tomatoes, and minced fresh basil.
Cook at 400 for 10-15 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 2 thin crusts, serving is 1/4 of one crust
