Amaretto Balls

Ingredients
Directions
1/4 c flax meal1/4 + 1/8 c almond meal1/4 + 1/8 c oat flour3/4 tsp almond extract1 TBSP orange zest2 TBSP maple syrup2 TBSP applesauce
Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl.
Scoop mixture by the TBSP and roll into balls.
Refridgerate.
These balls aren't overly sweet. You may want to increase the syrup or add sugar or stevia for more sweetness. Also, the balls could easily handle more orange zest, but I only had 1 TBSP left from another recipe. Also, I think they would be awesome rolled in some crushed almonds, especially if you are serving them to people.
