Pumpkin Black Bean Oat Burger

Ingredients
½ of a 15 oz can of pumpkin1 cup of canned black beans½ cup rolled oats3 gloves of garlic, diced or pressed1 scallion, chopped2 egg whites, beaten1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp chili powder½ tsp salt (less if your canned beans were salted)½ tsp garam masala
Directions
Mash black beans with fork.
Add pumpkin.
Add spices, garlic, scallion, egg whites.
Stir in oats.
Let mixture sit 15 minutes.
Shape into 5 patties.
Bake 400F for 15-20 minutes on oiled cookie sheet.
