Baked acorn sqaush

2 large Acorn Squash2-4 tablespoons of light butter4 tsp splenda brown sugerApple cider or orange juice
Cut the squash in half length wise.
Spoon out all the seeds.
Place in a baking dish with the cavity side up.
Pour about a 1/2 inch of water in baking dish to keep the squash from burning.
In each squash cavity, place 1 tbsp of light butter, 1 tsp of splenda brown sugar, and pour about an inch or so of cider or orange juice.
Place baking dish in oven @ 400 degrees. Cook for 1 hour or until squash is browned a little on top and soft throughout.
