Honey Mustard - Canning

Ingredients
1/2 cup yellow mustard seeds3/4 cup apple cider vinegar1/3 cup water1 1/2 tsp sugar1/2 cup honey
Directions
Soak the mustard seeds in the vinegar and water overnight.
Add the sugar and honey.
Blend well.
Prepare canner, jars and lids.
Fill sterilized jars leaving 1/4" headspace.
Water bath process 15 minutes.
