Pumpkin, canned, 1 15oz canMilk, 2%, 1 cup (remove)*Pumpkin Pie spice, 1.5 tsp (remove)Egg, fresh, 2 extra large (remove)egg white, fresh, 2 large (remove)Truvia Natural Sweetener, 7 packets
Directions
Bake in Pyrex Custard dishes... fill to first line if you have them. Bake at 450 for 40 minutes.
