Homemade Chicken & Cheese Crescent Pockets

Pillsbury Crescent Rolls, 1 canTyson Grilled Chicken Breast Strips, 6 oz Kraft Singles American Cheese, 2 slicesCream of Chicken Soup, 1 can Milk, 1%, 1 cupKraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 1 cup
Preheat oven to 375
Heat chicken in microwave according to directions on package.
Meanwhile, separate the crescent rolls into 4 pieces, press the seams together. Lay 2 of the pieces on a cookie sheet.
Put the chicken on the two pieces of crescent rolls, put a slice of cheese on top of each of the pieces.
Top each piece with the remaining crescent rolls, press together to form a pocket.
Bake for 20 minutes at 375
Mix the can of soup, milk, and shredded cheese into a saucepan and heat until bubbly. I usually start this with about 10 minutes left on the pockets.
