1 egg1 tsp coconut oil(unrefined)1 tsp aluminum free baking powder2.5 Tbl Whey Protein(I used Jillian Michaels Vanilla by Pure Protein)*optional 1 tsp flax meal
Use nonstick skillet. Pour half the mix into the skillet. Cook untill sides bubble and flip. They may break at first untill you get the hang of knowing the time. Serve with sugar free syrup.
