Ingredients
Ground chuckCayenne pepperBlack pepperCuminFat Free refried beans (rosarita)Black OlivesCilantroGreen OnionTomatoesCheddar CheeseMonterey Jack Cheese
Directions
Brown the ground chuck. Season with cayenne pepper and black pepper. Drain. Stir in cumin. Mix in refried beans. Layer in casserole dish. Place in layers, cilantro, green onion, black olives, diced tomatoes, jalapeņos, Monterey Jack Cheese, and Cheddar Cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes at 350 until bubbly.
