Quick Squash Bisque

Ingredients
1 small acorn squash, steamed1 small butternut squash, steamedPeel the squash and put in a blender. You can also just buy chunks of squash or can-o-pumpkin, but I find it less expensive this way.1 can (10.75 oz) chicken broth1/2 c lowfat milkSpice/season to taste
Directions
Blend the four main ingredients, season to taste. I used ginger, salt, pepper, orange zest, nutmeg and allspice.

Bring to a simmer, check seasonings and consistency, and voila it is a bisque.
