Butternut Squash and Peanut Butter Soup

Ingredients
Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubed Butter, 2 tbsp Skippy Reduced Fat Smooth Peanut Butter, 3 tbsp Shallots, 4 tbsp chopped Chives, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, .25 tsp Allspice, .25 tsp Marjoram, .25 tspCinnamon, .5 tsp Broth, reduced sodium, 1.3 cup
Directions
Combine the squash, shallots, butter, and broth in a pot. Heat until boiling, the reduce heat to a simmer until squash can easily be pierced with a fork.

Transfer contents to a blender and blend until smooth.

Return soup to pot, add peanut butter and spices. Stir and let simmer for 5 more mins.
