2 cans (14.5 oz each) stewed tomatoes with Italian seasonings, un drained2 cups beef broth1 cup sliced mushrooms1 cup green pepper, diced1 small onion, chopped1 Tbsp tomato paste.25 tsp salt, or to taste.25 tsp pepper, or to taste.5 lb hot turkey Italian sausage, casings removedShredded mozzarella cheese
1. Combine tomatoes with juice, broth, mushrooms, green peppers, onion, tomato paste, salt and pepper in 4 or 5 quart Crock-Pot slow cooker
2. Shape sausage into marble-size balls. Gently stir into soup mixture. Cover; cook on LOW 6-7 hours. Adjust salt and pepper, if necessar. Serve with cheese.
