vegan butternut squash soup

Ingredients
*one peeled and chopped butternut squash*3 minced cloves garlic*1/2 onion chopped*3 carrots chopped*1 can vegetable broth*1 cups of water*2Tbsp olive oil*salt*pepper*sage
Directions
*cook garlic and onion in oil
* add carrots and squash
*add broth and water
*season with salt, pepper, and sage
*stir and cover
*cook on low for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally
*puree and stir
* serve
