Ingredients
Black-eyed peas (cowpeas), immature seeds, cooked, boiled, drained, with salt, 1 cup *Bean sprouts, 0.5 cup Boiled potatoes, 1 potato (2-1/2" dia, sphere) salt chilli powdercoriander powder dry mango powder
Directions
Mash the beans and potato with all the spices together, roll into small balls , roll onto bread crumbs and shallow fry on a frying pan.
