3 boneless skinless chicken breast1 package no boil lasagna noodles1 cup chopped fresh mushroomsSalt and Pepper for seasoning1.5 cups of Cottage CheeseShredded Cheese1 Can of Alfredo Sauce
Cook the chicken in a pan with a tablespoon of butter so it will not stick. While that is cooking, chop the mushrooms and add to the cottage cheese in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Once the chicken is done, add it to the alfredo sauce in a bowl. Get out a casserole dish (not a full size, maybe a half). First brush the bottom with some alfredo sauce to prevent sticking and then add a layer of pasta (didn't have to boil). After that layer it every other layer with the two mixtures. The top should be brushed with the alfredo again and add the shredded cheese (as much as you want.
